Concrete’s meeting intelligence processes board meetings, check-ins, and advisory sessions to extract insights and create organized touchpoints alongside your email communications.
Meeting content integrates seamlessly with email intelligence to create complete portfolio context.

Benefits

Smart Categorization: Meetings are automatically classified into categories like board meetings, check-ins, or LP calls. Participant Recognition: Automatically tags meeting participants. Easily view all meetings with a specific person or company. Company Recognition: Automatically tags companies whether they’re the main topic or mentioned in conversation. Touchpoint Integration: Meetings are grouped with related emails and documents into coherent touchpoints. Content Processing: Meeting content is indexed to be used by Concrete’s AI agents.

Logging Meetings

Manual Submission

Log meetings directly through the Concrete app interface. How it works:
  • Navigate to any company or person page
  • Click Add dropdown and select Log Meeting
  • Add meeting notes, transcripts, and key details
  • Meeting content is automatically processed and categorized

Granola Integration

Connect your Granola account to automatically sync meeting notes into Concrete. Configure the integration from SettingsMeetings. Key details:
  • Personal API Key: Syncs notes you own and notes shared directly with you. Does not include Team Space (Workspace) folders.
  • Enterprise API Key: Also syncs notes from your Granola Team Space (Workspace) folders.
  • Concrete only syncs meetings relevant to your portfolio. You can choose how meetings are matched to portfolio companies:
    • Smart Match: Concrete analyzes meeting content — titles, notes, and transcripts — to identify which portfolio company the meeting is about, even if no participant email matches. Best for firms where founders or external attendees use personal email addresses.
    • Strict Match: Only syncs meetings where a participant’s email domain directly matches a portfolio company. More conservative; no AI-based content inference.
Configure the matching mode from SettingsMeetings → Granola integration card.

API Integration

For automated workflows, use Concrete’s API to sync meeting content at scale. How it works:
  • Create a new API key in SettingsAPI Keys
  • Use Concrete’s POST /v1/meetings endpoint to upload meeting transcripts and notes
